Past Project Example 01
Holy Spirit College
Project Value: $9.8 Million
The construction of a new 2 storey building including administration spaces and main public entry on the ground floor, and eight GLA spaces on the upper floor. The project included complexities of integrating and connecting to existing neighboring buildings, disability access including two lifts and 12 sets of stairs. also included the creation of a series of passive landscaped courtyard areas and a main entrance with car parking area.
Past Project 02
St Johns Primary School
Project Value: $8.6 Million
The project included the construction of a new two storey building, demolition of existing buildings, partial demolition of existing GLA buildings and refurbishment of existing remaining buildings to create new GLA buildings, including disability access and outdoor COLA area. This project was carried out whilst the existing facility was fully operational and as such involved management of student and staff whilst they carried out their activities.

Tops Conference Centre
Project Value: $1.8 Million
The construction of a new two storey administration office building. This work occurred whilst the Tops Conference Centre’s remaining facilities were in full operation. This involved the management of the construction project whilst groups visiting the site carried out their activities.
Past Project 04
The University of Wollongong
Project Value: $4.0 Million
The scope of works included the complete internal refurbishment of the existing Hope Theatre, including a Barrisol fabric ceiling, and the construction / refurbishment of the backstage area into new rehearsal & teaching space, including the construction of a new four storey lift.
Past Project 05
Tops Conference Centre
Project Value: $5.0 Million
The construction of a new two storey accommodation / conference facility, a new commercial laundry facility and a new 40 space car park area. This work occurred whilst the Tops Conference Centre’s remaining facilities were in full operation. This involved the management of the construction project whilst groups visiting the site carried out their activities.
